In order to transact with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), a customer has to first open an account with MPA. Once the account application is successful, this will be accompanied by complimentary access to digitalPORT@SG (for a stipulated number of user IDs), to facilitate the customer's adherence with statutory and regulatory requirements, and for operational and financial transactions. As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce carbon footprint, MPA will not send hardcopy Invoices and Statements of Accounts. Customer can easily view their Invoices and Statement of Accounts via digitalPORT@SG. To access value-added services (such as Daily Shipping State List, Enquiry of Vessel Information, Vessel Mobile Service and Vessel Movement Alert Service (SMS) - where the charges vary depending on service required) via digitalPORT@SG, the customer may wish to purchase credits under the stored value model. The terms and conditions associated with the use of the MPA account are available here: Term and Conditions
